Highly recommend. A variety of classes for all levels and offered at convenient times. The instructors make the classes fun and provide accommodations, if needed, along with a safe place to practice according to your own vibe. I moved to the area from out of state and feel grateful to have found this gem to continue my practice.
I love this yoga studio so much! Super affordable, with a down-to-earth vibe. Wonderful instructors, and the folks who attend classes are friendly. Downstairs hot yoga is great, as are the regular and warm classes upstairs.
I Went to a hot yoga session here and it was my first ever yoga session. I am not the most flexible person but I was comfortable the entire class and felt like the instructor went at a great pace for me. I was very calm and felt good throughout the entire class. I will definitely be returning. I now look forward to hot yoga :)
