As far as the front desk communication and the hygienists that have cleaned my teeth in the past, I give them 4 stars! On my last visit, I had my teeth cleaned by a different hygienist named Melissa. She was not friendly or personable, did not talk to me until she was done, and even then, she never talked facing me, she was always walking away and seemed in such a hurry to finish. She was a bit rough and my gums were bleeding. I mentioned i take an aspirin every evening which could contribute to the bleeding after she mentioned it a couple times. My experience with Rochester Dental Center was excellent. They accepted me as a new patient and accommodated me immediately. Dr. Saba was able to describe my exact issue without even seeing me for an evaluation. He is very educated and kind. The office staff were just as great. So far I have zero complaints about them and am so happy to have found my new dentist!

The whole experience was excellent. Started with friendly front office staff.Dr Saba, with his amazing bedside maner, put me at ease since I was very nervous. He explained in detail the procedure. He filled 2 large cavities at the same time with no discomfort.I recommend Dr. Saba to my family and friends.
