I would not have anyone else replace, service either of my 2 air conditioners and heating. The service is 110% and very professional. I have been with them over 20 years. Very happy with them.
Maier's installed 3 furnaces in my rental properties. They returned my calls quickly and they showed up in a timely manner to give me estimates. Was very pleased with their knowledge, price and workmanship. So even had them install mini splits in my residence. Highly recommend them.
My furnace blower kept blowing its fuse. Maier's tech were able to quickly diagnose the problem as a grounded wire in the a/c unit, and made the repair. Their fee was very reasonable.
