“We were looking for local plumbers on short notice and GI was able to come to our home quickly and get our situation under control. The next step was replacing our water heater and we decided a tankless was the best option for us.

It's hard to find tradesmen that are proficient, good communicators, and fairly priced. Every one of the guys my wife and I dealt with were all three.

They went through our different options and started on installation the following day. It was obvious they moved their schedules around to help us and were determined to have the job done correctly. We appreciated their thoroughness and attention to detail. GI is going into my contacts list in my phone as our go-to plumbers moving forward.

“We called for a gas line removal and capping. I called at 1:22 and left a voicemail. He called me back at 1:31 asking when we needed service. He was at our house at 1:42. Less than 15 minutes later! I couldn't even believe it. He quickly looked at the pipe, let us know what needed to be done and completed the entire project within 20 minutes. “Scott and Joel from Pleasant Hills Plumbing are fantastic! They installed a stackable washer dryer in a closet for me and their work was exceptional. This project included running new plumbing from the basement up into the closet as well as an exhaust pipe for the dryer out through the side of the house, and also required finagling the unit into a really tight space. They worked quickly and efficiently and had a great rapport with each other. They came prepared with drop cloths and also left all areas clean and tidy at the end of the project.
