We had just recently moved to the area, and found Ringtown Valley Veterinary..we have 4 small pups. John, George,RingoStar and Ginger Louise all approve Dr. Carly Pengrin is the BEST! We get annual health check ups, vaccines, John is on medication, we order from Chewy and is quickly acknowledged by the Dr and filled. They are quick with appointments and friendly!
Sadly, today I had to say goodbye to my son Enzo. He was a bit high strung, but a good and loving boy in his own way. For some reason, he was struck with seizures this past weekend that wouldn't stop. I called Ringtown, and they said bring him in. They listened, and cared very much. Talked to me, listened to me, and to the wonderful nurse (vet tech) who gave me a smoke because I forgot mine, and was super stressed out. Thank you!!! I couldn't ask for a more compassionate group in my time of pain. And to the Dr., who helped Enzo pass on with dignity, respect, and pain free. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Tonight was our first visit there with our Golden Retriever Caden for a Hotspot. He's not like a typical Golden and is very nervous around new people and places. Dr. Pengrin was very nice, understanding and patient with him even though he wouldn't take the treat from her he licked it while she was holding it. She made him feel as comfortable as he could possibly be in that situation. Everyone was so nice from the time we walked in the doors. We will be taking him and his sister there from now on. The waiting area was impressive how the seating is set up it was also very clean. Thank you Dr. Pengrin and staff!!
