We have a family home in Shenandoah that is only occupied occasionally. When I went up for a weekend recently, we had no heat and no hot water. I called Bloom Heating Oil on Saturday morning to see what they could do. Not knowing if we were really out of oil, they came out with 10 gallons to try to get us through the weekend. After filling up, the gentleman came in to help me restart the boiler. It restarted, and he checked to see that we did actually have plenty of oil. (It's on auto-delivery with Bloom.)
They always give you the "honest price" when you call. For those of you who've been on "autofill" with certain companies for many years, I suggest you check the price, ridiculous charges that many of the "old" companies are tacking onto people's bill. Especially the elderly. I hope the state of PA looks into the dishonest practices of some of these fuel oil delivery companies.
Over the past two years that I have been a customer of Bloom Heating I have always had a pleasant experience. They have always been accommodating and prompt with their service! I would highly recommend Bloom Heating to anyone in their service area!
