“After almost 4 years of pure dental hell-so many oral surgeries, I've lost count. Over and over dental implants and bone grafts that kept failing and getting infected. Tens of thousands of dollars spent. So much pain that I've cried in despair thinking it would never get better. The emotional and physical trauma of it all. I had no choice because over a lifetime of grinding my teeth so that all the nerves were painfully exposed (I couldn't even drink a sip of cold water without near screaming pain), I finally as of today have a successful full mouth of permanent dental implants that look beautiful. Tonight, for the first time in about 30 years, I ate a meal like a normal person WITHOUT pain! If you're ever considering dental implants, know that they aren't as simple as the marketing suggests. There can be complications though not always. Be prepared for what might not be so simple. All in all, despite the trauma, expense, and pain, I'm happy with the ultimate outcome. “I have known Dr McClure since before dental school . He is the most experienced and conscientious dentist in this area of Pittsburgh . Along with teaching at PITT school of Dental Medicine; he has been in private practice since 1976 . He is very detailed and when you are in his office you get Dr McClure 100% of your appointment time.“

“Dr. Sabatini and his team are very pleasant to work with, but most importantly, he is extremely thoughtful and someone who I trust completely in a field in which that can be very hard to find. I never feel that he is trying to "up-sell" some procedure that is unnecessary, and in fact on several occasions has recommended against certain cosmetic procedures that others had recommended.
