I can't even describe how amazing Derek from Chestnut property inspections was! He came to me highly recommended and did not disappoint! He was able to schedule my home inspection 100% around my timeline. Saying he went over everything with a fine tooth comb is an understatement. He literally went above and beyond my highest expectations. He is not only extremely professional, but vastly knowledgeable, friendly, and full of integrity. Not only did he do the most thorough home inspection I've ever seen, but he went above and beyond by informing me of average home maintenance, repairs, and recommended companies for septic and water treatment and repairs.
