“Excellent salon!! They went above and beyond to provide last minute services!! I had an appointment to get my makeup done for a special event at another salon. On the day of the event the other salon cancelled 2 hours before my appointment. My daughter-in-law found Tangles on google. Heather answered the phone that day, and was able to fit me in for an appointment within an hour!! Susie, their makeup artist, was kind enough to come in at a moments notice on her day off. She did my makeup beautifully!! Kudos to the warm and welcoming staff at Tangles for going out of their way to help me, even though I was not a regular customer. “I started going to top notch wax roughly around the beginning of the year for a leg wax. I never had any type of waxing before besides my eyebrows done so I was a bit nervous. I booked with Julisa, and upon walking in she made me feel right at ease. Julisa is one of the most down to earth aestheticians I've ever met in my life. Super sweet & funny as hell. Because of the open and welcoming environment that these ladies have created, I've been back consistently every 4 weeks since. I'm always wary of going to a new place because I tend to like more modern, punk, androgynous cuts, and sometimes stylists won't want to do that. But Caroline was super into it and I was so glad! She really took the time to understand the details about what kind of style I wanted, and she took the time to make sure that every piece of the cut looked good, working it in to my existing color.
