Out of the blue I got the RUN DLL error. Took my PC to Total Computer Services and it came back literally running like it is new. Great service and a quick turnaround. Quality service is found here!
I recently purchased a new desktop PC from TCS (this was to upgrade a six year old PC that was purchased from TCS and used everyday for 12 hours a day that was still working fine but needed to be upgraded) As in the past, the new PC was completed in a timely manner and worked perfectly. Additionally TCS was able to clone my old system and upgrade to Microsoft 11 so that when I turned it on everything worked perfectly and there was no requirement to reinstall software. All questions and concerns were answered fully. I am a very happy repeat customer; so much better than a large chain store business.
An HP BIOS update bricked our laptop and I could not get it functioning again despite all the Googling for solutions. They were able to get it working again with no data lost. Also had them upgrade to a solid state drive and they did so at a much lower price than expected. Computer is much faster now. Very happy with my experience.
