Hector is a national treasure. Great tech, patiently answering all my questions. No pushy, greasy sales pitches. Took his time to carefully inspect my aging HVAC system and offer great suggestions. It is such a rare breed for technicians these days. Absolute pleasure dealing with this company and people.
Our service provider, Hector, was timely and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained clearly what was needed now and moving forward. In addition to his expert skills he was respectful and funny.
