“Excellent salon!! They went above and beyond to provide last minute services!! I had an appointment to get my makeup done for a special event at another salon. On the day of the event the other salon cancelled 2 hours before my appointment. My daughter-in-law found Tangles on google. Heather answered the phone that day, and was able to fit me in for an appointment within an hour!! Susie, their makeup artist, was kind enough to come in at a moments notice on her day off. She did my makeup beautifully!! Kudos to the warm and welcoming staff at Tangles for going out of their way to help me, even though I was not a regular customer. I will be recommending Tangles to my friends and family, and they will be my first call the next time I need my makeup done. Thank you!!!“

“Jill was amazing! She was actually able to tame my unmanageable curly hair and make it look beautiful for my wedding day! She came all the way out to West Chester on a Sunday (and on Father's Day, even!) to do my and my 4 bridesmaids' hair. I was very impressed with the way she could immediately form these hairstyles right after seeing the picture! We all looked beautiful and our hair stayed in all day and night, even with all the dancing! The prices are very reasonable and Jill is such a sweet, kind person. I highly recommend her!“

“Very beautiful studio! Nadya, the owner, is so beautiful and friendly, and it was my very first time getting lip blushing done! Jane was my esthetician, and she was very patient with me! She is also a perfectionist! She made sure I was 100% happy before I left! Initially, I found them on Groupon, and it was really cool that she matched the prices even lower! They even have a five-star review! It took me about an hour to get there, but the drive was definitely all worth it!

“I have been to this spa/studio three times for three different services with three different women. Every. Single. One is amazing. They do a great job and more then that, they are super personable. I am actually not a spa girlie in general and always feel weird asking questions but here I feel completely at ease.
