We have been coming to the Animal Hospital of Richboro for 15 years when we moved to this area. We are so appreciative for the loving care that was given to our cats from the start of going there to their very end. The front desk staff has always been friendly and caring and the techs, too.
When we started taking our oldest cat we had no idea that Dr. Jennifer Kramer was the cat whisperer. When it came to our other cat and we needed to reach the office but it had just closed, Dr. Kramer came back to take care of her in her condition. To a person, the staff - reception, techs and vets - at AHR are exceptional in their passion for and commitment to animal wellbeing and their empathy and understanding for pet parents. I couldn't love them more. My cat Mia had been under Dr Kramer's care since 2018 and in the past few months both Dr Kramer and Dr Stehr were incredible at managing her short illness and eventual passing, making themselves available at very short notice, providing exceptional medical + emotional care of both pet and pet parent. Our cat had a urinary blockage and needed emergency surgery and they took him right in. Saved his life and our family from a true heartbreak.. forever recommend the amazing staff at Animal Hospital of Richboro for saving our little king!!
