Hidden Gem Pet Lodge is a wonderful facility with caring staff who provide excellent care for your furry family members. Customers have reported their pets, including a German Shepherd and two dogs, doing exceptionally well and appearing happy and well-cared for during their stays. The business is highly recommended for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and commitment to the well-being of the animals in their care. The staff, including Tegan, communicate very well and go above and beyond to ensure animals are safe, happy, and enriched. They even celebrate special occasions like birthdays, making pets feel loved. Customers trust the lodge for short-term stays, knowing their pets are safe and well looked after, and appreciate the reasonable prices and personalized attention. This is without a doubt the best kennel in the logical area. I drive about 35 minutes to come here and it is so worth it.
The staff is AMAZING. Truly top notch. The owner is an absolute gem. They're extremely helpful if you're an anxious pet parent like I am. They have private rooms that can handle up to two dogs, so my brother and sister doggies can spend their vacation together. You can request they don't go out with other dogs as well. My dog is now blind from diabetes and they're so gentle and helpful with her.

I have boarded 2 of my kitties at Hidden Gem Pet Resort several times. The true GEM is the owner, Tegan, and all of her wonderful employees. 💞. My kitties were wonderfully taken care of when they were there. And they were safe and secure and I was comfortable leaving them in Tegan’s caring hands. Tegan and staff love my kitties (and all of the animals they care for) like they are their own. I truly love the owner, the staff, and the facility. You can’t go wrong here. If I could give this facility 100 stars, I absolutely would. There is no question that this business was built around a deep love for animals.
My dog is my baby and I want nothing but the best for her. From the moment I reached out to book her stay, I was blown away by their amazing communication. At drop off, Tegan took time out of her busy day to answer ALL of my questions (there were a lot-lol) and chat with me to get to know about me and my pup. I was able to keep in touch during my trip and check in when I wanted which was very reassuring.
