I called late on a Saturday evening when my central air conditioner stopped working. Everyone that I spoke with was very professional and helpful.
The technician (Kyle) that was assigned the job called me quickly and said that he was working on a job and that he could put me down for first thing Sunday morning.
He called me early Sunday morning and arrived within 30 minutes.
He had the A/C working in a short amount of time and explained what he had done to repair the problem.

I called Hopewell Heating and Air Conditioning this afternoon for a problem with our air conditioner. They were able to come out quickly. The technician, Grant, was awesome. He fixed the issue and explained the problem thoroughly. Very affordable and great customer service!
