Everyone from the front office through technicians and doctors are great to work with at Willow Creek. My most recent visit is an example. It was easy to schedule an appointment for my dog Murphy and me. I was taken into a room on time. the technician arrived shortly after and Dr. Rice followed soon after that. Dr. Rice took time to discuss with me a treatment plan for Murphy. I feel very positive about our way forward and resolving Murphy’s issue.
We have been using Willow Creek for over 25 years for our boxers! The staff and veterinarians have been very good to us! This week my older boxer Ares was having some issues and they saw us right away. He is already feeling better! Dr. Lucena gets down to the dogs level and really communicates with them!
Always treated as I hope to be treated. Never a complaint from me because they are great!! We love our pup as if he were our child. I feel they take care of him exactly that way plus so very considerate of me as They deserve an A+ in every way!!
