Great cut by my favorite stylist Rhode. Arrived just before my appt. time then waited 35 minutes while a person already ahead of me completed his cut, wash,shave, etc. A real unexpected delay to my day. Why take a time then not honor it. There was a second stylist there. Was ready to leave when Rhode told it would only be 5 more mins. Hate that setup in your system. This happened to me once before, and I gave you a similar review.

I absolutely love Tara!!! She’s so knowledgeable and from my start (waiting for our turn) til the end I watch her help her team by answering questions and assisting when they’re stuck. Store is always clean, all the employees are kind and respectful.
