They never return phone calls and when you visit the office it's like a fly by night company. tried to contact them for 5 years to fix a problem from the very beginning and they would never return calls. Go to the office address and the office is no longer there. They put the wrong snow guards on to begin with and now they are messing up my roof and they don't want to stand behind the bad product they used.
