I am pleased with Petro propane and service. Recently Petro technician, Jose, came to check my Petro propane tanks, pipes, boiler and Generac under Petro service contracts. Jose upgraded fittings and installed control valves to make my propane delivery safe and reliable. The work was done deliberately but quickly. Jose worked efficiently and pleasantly. He filled me with confidence by kindly explained what he was doing and showed me all work successfully passed all tests and metrics. I hope Jose does all service for my house.

Jose Pellecer came to our house because we ran out of propane. He did a full safety check and fixed our setup which had not been set up correctly in the past. I was very impressed because he didn't cut any corners. He did everything that was needed to fix our setup including changing out some of the connections and moving the tank. He also gave us several gallons of propane to get us until the next day when the truck could fill us up. After he set us up outside he came in the house and checked all of our appliances that use propane to make sure they are okay. Like I said I was very impressed with Jose. He's a very nice guy. Petro has been my oil provider for years now. We purchased a new oil tank and oil hot water heater and now two new heat pumps. The service has always been outstanding. A tech , Robby Thames, just installed the heat sensor to finish the job. we mentioned that the filters that were originally sent out were the wrong size. He returned within an hour with the right filters and did our furnace tune up. We are set for the Winter. Excellent service. Thanks Petro
