I look forward to my appointments as time to relax and be pampered. The staff is amazing and makes you feel welcome from answering the phone to greeting you at the front desk. Julia is so kind and talented my nails look better every time I see her.
I just had the most amazing, relaxing afternoon. I started with a wonderful haircut from Lexi, followed by an incredible mini facial from Kylie.
Lexi listened carefully to my haircut request, asked questions to make certain she understood what I wanted, and made sure I received the haircut of my dreams.
Kylie gave the most serene, soothing mini facial. She asked what type of facial I wanted, exfoliating, or relaxing, I chose relaxing.
Kylie recommended products for my aging skin, and rosacea. She was extremely sensitive to my skin’s needs.
I felt like I just had a mini vacation. Everyone at the Exeter Lords & Ladies was friendly, yet professional.
My 12 year old just had bayalage done to her hair for the first time with Kenzie and she nailed it!!! It was exactly what she wanted and rained selfies! Kenzie is so talented and friendly! Thank you Lord and Ladies of Exeter!!!
