Got a shower valve replaced just over a week ago. Alec was able to come and give me a free quote and help me schedule the service. He showed up on time and was very nice. The pricing was very fair in my opinion. I would certainly recommend.

Water heater sprung a leak on Saturday morning, called Lincoln who quickly scheduled the replacement for first thing Monday morning. Josh & Chase arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed the new Lochinvar gas heater and corrected some sloppy vent work from another contractor. They completed the job quickly in a little over 2 hours leaving the work area cleaner than when they started. The cost for parts and labor were surprisingly reasonable considering the economy and the quick turn-around not to mention Lincoln's 6 year warranty above and beyond. I called for help with a slow leaking pipe at home. I took the old fittings in and they gave me everything I need to make the repairs myself. Excellent service, Excellent team, great value. Father and son working there when I went in. I would HIGHLY recommend Lincoln plumbing in Reading to any DIY guys.
