I used Brendan for my two porches (painting, putting up bird deterrents, cleaning out eaves) He did a great job – a lot better than I was expecting. Work he did on my porches was so good that I hired him to put in a new deck for me. My old deck was so badly deteriorated that i actually fell through at one spot. He removed all the old decking, bought all the new decking, installed it in a new fancy design that I love, fixed my gate that was falling off and also installed deck lights and outlets for me.
