They are appointment only, you can walk in but it's very easy to make an appointment. I haven't gotten my nails done in about 3 to 4 years. I got a new set of acrylic nails. They were very friendly. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they were able to replicate it so beautifully.

The lady was very gentle. However, my nails did not come out the way I wanted. It looks like I have hoofs for fingers. It was a simple powder on natural nails. I don't think I'll visit here again. The price was a bit high for what I walked out with.

I think the owner was upset I didn't call ahead, although I was under the impression they take walk ins.Got a pedi and never got a top coat, so 3 days later, my toes look terrible, 7 are damaged. I even pointed out missing spots before going under the dryer. I didn't do anything strenuous to tear the paint. :-(Won't return, unfortunately.
