Carlos and Chris were both friendly and professional. They quickly got my hot water back on and even handled the warranty process with the manufacturer, saving me hundreds on parts. Their pricing was very competitive compared to others. Highly recommend!
Carlos and Chris were extremely nice and professional. They answered all my questions. They were able to squeeze me in quickly when my 20+ year old water tank was badly leaking and they did it at a fair price. I highly recommend them!
They had availability on black Friday and Chris inadvertently helped me figure out that one of my breakers in my ancient load panel was actually bad. After he left I took a fluke clamp meter to the circuit and found that the 15A breaker was tripping at only around 5A. Chris was super friendly and didn't make me feel bad about my forgetting to check the load panel!
