Lynn explained their business model and process, and directed me to a number of samples and helped me pick out a carpet style and padding. The entire visit took less than 20 minutes. Further, they were able to schedule the install within 36 hours. The installer, Rober and his team were professional, considerate, and did an outstanding job. About half the cost of Lowe’s estimate for similar grade carpet. Highly recommend!
