They were perfect. Arrived on time. Educated me on my current lock. I have an old reading door company lock I needed to have re-keyed. Thr whole process took 15 minutes and I walked away with new keys and a better understanding of my lock.

My lock broke to my front door I called Berks Security lock and they came same day and replaced my lock very quickly and very reasonable price very pleased outstanding I’d give them 10 stars very professional and extremely friendly and excellent work thank you so much for your quick help.

Went in to have keys copied, was a fraction of the price other places quoted and they had blanks in house that other vendors told me would be a 2 week wait. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Bring cash it's worth it.
