Back in the beginning of this year we had a freak accident that resulted in the flooding of our kitchen floor and water damage right down into our basement. Which created a huge mess with water dripping down onto just about everything in most parts of our basement. BF & W was contacted right away and the team came out right away to clear away the damage. Everyone my husband & I met and dealt with was friendly , respectful and very helpful! The damaged was repaired, though did take several months & our belongings were packed professionally and stored in a mini cube container securely in our driveway in the meantime. Subcontractors at the job site did a good job. At the end of the day, my garage is restored and I’m happy with the end result. With that said, the journey to get here was very painful. Several project delays, a lot of miscommunications, etc.
