Arthritis & Joint Replacement Center of Reading: Kevin M. Terefenko MD

I recently had a knee replacement at the Surgical Institute of Reading in Wyomissing with Dr. Terefenko and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by his friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Terefenko and his PA Justin Fatula were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of questions before and after my surgery. Just wanted to give Dr. Terefenko and his staff kudos for their help! The entire office was friendly and very accommodating in helping my son with his knee injury! Special shout out to Aubrie for going the extra mile after hours getting our files ready to transfer and pushing for quick appointments for scans and results! Unfortunately we've had a good amount of experience with issues like this and I'd say Dr. T is the best knee doc in town! I would recommend these guys to anyone having knee issues in the Reading area.

Dr. Terefenko was a life saver for me. A left knee replacement done 5 years ago was NEVER right. I only got to 88 degrees and took it because the pain was gone. The knee was swollen the entire time and after experiencing a great reduction in movement I returned to the doctor. I was told that I had scar tissue and there was not much he could do about it because it would grow back. I put myself into physical therapy and they got me up into the low 80 degrees.
