Main Line Health - Corporate Offices

My father was served by Main Line Health Hospice during the last 10 days of his life. Because this service was offered during the height of the COVID pandemic and just as vaccines were becoming available, I must concede that all of us, including the hospice staff, were under a great deal of stress. That said, in the midst of that historic moment, my dad's best friend and I were his care team - we could not leave the house and could not potentially expose ourselves to COVID. This is specifically for their Billing Customer Service. I’d give no stars if I could. I love my providers!
Where does Main Line Health fall short? Their billing!! They have billed my primary care claims wrong to IBX and even giving them a couple months to resolve it I still have claims they can’t seem to fix it despite promising me they would 7 weeks ago. That’s why I am submitting this review. The providers are great but the billing gives me a headache they don’t want to resolve. When I mention this to other MLH patients I get similar reports. Their billing department acts like a third party billing company and reflects poorly on MLH.
