Sam Lapp was very prompt at returning my call and keeping in touch when a date was available and providing a quote, which was almost exact when the job was completed. Chris Lapp did the job and I cannot say enough about how pleasant he was to work with. He was very professional, a very good communicator regarding questionable specifics about the fence and layout. He as very patient as my husband and I debated about an area. He assured us through thorough explanations how tight the rails would be and the gate setup.
