“My review is based on my experience with Rachel only, as she is the only doctor I have seen there so far. I came to Rachel for help with severe tinnitus. She works with ear waxing so that is why I went to her. She was so kind, sweet, encouraging, & supportive. I was bawling my eyes out & sobbing because I could not take the constant ringing anymore & I was experiencing severe depression, anxiety, & insomnia from it. Rachel was so compassionate & patient with me. She held my hand & gave me a hug & shared with me her own experience with tinnitus. She treated me like a human being (I am not used to that when it comes to a lot of doctors.) She took a wholistic approach & told me different vitamins & supplements I could take that might help, ways I could change my diet that might help, etc. At the end she asked if she could pray for me & I started bawling again because that was exactly what I needed. She suggested the Mood Boost supplements they offer to help my mental state & I do believe it helped stabilize my emotions. I am very grateful to Rachel for helping me at a time when I needed it most. She is clearly in this to help people!!!! If you go to this practice I highly recommend seeing Rachel. “We were married at Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens on November 11, 2023, and I organized Darla's for my mother's hair and makeup. We had no bridal party. But during the process of planning the wedding, my mother was diagnosed with cancer and lost her hair. I let Darla's know ahead of time of the change and what was going on and they were so thoughtful and kind. The day of having hair and makeup, it honestly felt like I was just getting ready with my friends. They were so laid back and calm, which I needed around me since I was so anxious. They made me feel so amazing leading up to the moment my husband saw me, and I can't put a price on that. With my mom and her situation, they were so kind and considerate. She still had her makeup done, and it was her favorite she had ever looked. She was beautiful, and I'm so grateful they were able to make her feel so beautiful on such an important day for her. I just wanted her to be able to enjoy the day despite everything that happened, and Darla's staff was definitely a big part of that happening. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.“
