The process began with a free consultation. The kind and friendly gentleman took measurements of my deck and ended with him giving me a portfolio of different products to choose from. After the initial meeting and making the choice to move forward with them to build my project, I received a proposal which clearly outlined transparency for all costs and written verification of liability insurance and workman’s comp for its employees. From the very beginning Ephraim was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Once the builder solidified obtaining permits, the work began. A crew of personable and professional craftsmen was sent who showed up on time every day (weather permitting). The old deck was torn down and all debris removed in a timely fashion. If there were any last-minute changes or ideas, he and his crew immediately incorporated them into the build without hassle. Within a few weeks the job was complete. I’m VERY HAPPY to say that the deck looks better than I expected, and I am VERY PLEASED with the finished product.
