I had 3 issues with my laptop and TOM's Help desk resolved them which were caused by faulty updates. They were also done in just a couple of days and very peasant to work with through the process.

I dropped my computer on a cement floor and thankfully found out that I had only dislodged my SSID card. This was due to the extremely helpful techs at Tom's Help Desk. Upon further inspection of my computer, which they asked permission to inspect, it was determined that the device was heating up quickly when operational, which I had realized myself. They recommended a simple solution, to which I agreed, and I had my computer back within a couple of days. I had used this company many years before there were ever reviews to write or read, and even then, found them to be both polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I used Tom's service last week for an Outlook email issue that's been plaguing me off and on for a number of years. In the past, Geek Squad made me wait for their schedule dates to open up, charged me $$big bucks$$ for coming to my home, and spending 90 minutes to fix something that always came back! Ethan, Tom's technician, remotely got onto my computer while speaking to me, and fixed the problem in under a half hour! He was polite, professional and made sure I knew what he was doing!
