Took my dog here for an emergency 2 months ago and based on the excellent care, compassion of staff, and clear lines of communication I've decided to stay as a regular patient. They are a very well oiled machine there. They triaged my dog to make sure she was stable to wait to be seen (she was, luckily). My baby is doing better now than ever. It may seem standard, but when they say they will call with results, they do. The doctor actually calls and discusses the results with you. Every time I've ever interacted with any team members there they have been nothing but kind, compassionate and helpful.

I have used quakertown vet on and off for routine and emergency care for both farm animals and household pets and overall it WAS always an 5 star experience. A few days ago I acquired a 7 year old rescue dog, with an ear infection. I called Quakertown vet to get the dog in for his shots and a checkup. The first available appointment was over 3 weeks away. With the roads around the clinic torn up and the closest appointment in mid August this clinic is not worth my time or effort to go there.
