EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the grooming service. I took my 3 month old puppy for his first groom, and left with blood drawn on 2 separate nails. The management at Quakertown PetSmart was condescending, & borderline rude. If I didn't have my training service to complete here, I would NOT be returning. PLEASE, take your dogs to be groomed elsewhere.

I'm extremely upset at the grooming my dog received today. He's a golden retriever and they shaved his annual area all the down to his legs! Not what we asked for or what they have ever done before. We won't be back!

We once used this Petsmart Grooming regularly, I'm unsure if it's a new policy or the new team of people in the back but it is not the same. Good luck obtaining any of their "walk in services". Even though it was 9:30 AM and four of the groomers were standing around, they could not get my dog in for a nail grind. Earlier this year, when Covid was worse, I understand all services we are by appointment only. But they advertise "walk in" options are back but can't actually fulfill them, seems pretty silly to continue to advertise don't you think?
