He took the time to answer every question that I had given that I researched the information prior to the meeting. He presented all the options and expressed what would be best for our situation. GenPro is fantastic. Whether it is a routine service appointment or an emergency, they have always been reliable and prompt. We appreciate their professionalism and experience and trust them to get the job done every time. Most recently we had a severe storm that sent a power surge through our neighborhood and fried our generator module inside the service panel in the house. The generator worked but the power wasn’t coming into the house. I placed an emergency call at 3AM and spoke to Melissa who was wonderful even though I clearly woke her up.
