I hit a pothole and blew my tire. After waiting for AAA for 4 hours they finally told me they couldn't help me. This was at 2 AM. I had to find my own towing. Ryan came out in about 20 minutes and handled my brand new car with care. Even in the pouring down rain he kept a positive attitude. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in an unfortunate and terrible night. I recommend.
Towing was about $100 cheaper than elsewhere; Josh was excellent! Even after I told him my insurance coverage was $250, he still quoted me the company rate (he could have just said, "OK, I'll do it for $240"). He even allowed my two Boston Terriers to ride with us (not sure what I would have done otherwise). AND the car he towed needed some tender care as it's a bit of a Primadonna (it's a Ford - so on a flatbed is where it's most comfortable).
We had to get our car towed on a weekend from an accident. The owner was very responsive, respectful and caring. He went above and beyond so we can pick up our car over the weekend. The price was actually fairly reasonable and you can tell right away he wasn't there to rip you off like some other companies. Highly recommend
