We had a great experience with Sarvey - they were attentive to what we needed done, and were helpful throughout the process (even recommending other contractors for work outside of their scope.) We had a challenging time frame to work within, but Sarvey made it happen! I would absolutely call on these guys for any plumbing or HVAC need! On top of it all, they’re great people that care to do a good job - that’s hard to find these days!
Our water heater decided to 'blow-up' on the Saturday, before Easter Sunday. Water everywhere! yikes. Called Kennihan $2600.00, installed, Called Schneider's $1800.00, Installed. Called Dr. Waterheater and they couldn't come until Monday. So I called Sarvey. During the Corona Virus outbreak and Sarvey was at our door WITH a new water heater WITHIN THE HOUR!!! Mr Sarvey told me he'd just send us an invoice, about $800.00, WOW! Talk about service! Will definitely keep Sarvey's number in my phone if we have any future pluming needs. Support your local plumber!
I have used this company many times to work on a rental home that I own, and I have been more than satisfied with their work. Judy answers the phone, even on weekends, and has set up next-day appointments when needed. Chad is friendly and super competent and has made many excellent and sometimes complicated repairs; he explains what he does and completes jobs in a timely manner. Sonny, the owner, is honest, and his fees are fair and reasonable - less than many other local companies. Sarvey's has been a pleasure to work with, and I give them my highest recommendation.
