“Heather and her staff are true professionals! Up until two weeks ago I had not gotten my hair cut since before the lockdown. Yes, that means over 4 years of growth. It was fun to see how long I could go, but I was over it as I could no longer pull it back comfortably. I randomly scheduled an online appointment based on other positive reviews. On the day of the appointment, the stylist I was assigned to unfortunately got caught in the aftermath of an accident. She texted me well beforehand and asked if I had any flexibility. I was totally okay with moving my appointment, but Heather, the owner, went above and beyond and came in to take me at the scheduled time. These ladies are great communicators.<br>Heather is a fantastic stylist. She is truly knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves what she does. She was able to modify a haircut I'd seen online to fit my fine,flat hair. I now have the cutest layered, face framing haircut, and my waves look super bouncy.“

“Kaiti is the best!! I have gotten a few spray tans with Kaiti before and have always been so happy with how they turned out. I decided to schedule a spray tan party for my wedding and it was the best decision!! Kaiti came to our house and took care of me and my bridal party, and each person looked amazing! “My bestie and I had a fabulous experience here celebrating her 40th. As the official day spa of the Philadelphia Eagles I knew it would be awesome but it still managed to exceed expectations. We booked time in the Turkish bath as well as massages. If there's one thing you need to know about me, it's that a bitch loves amenities. And Joseph Anthony has them in spades. Before the Turkish bath we were treated to a complimentary foot soak and a mimosa...and even another mimosa when we asked nicely. The spa coordinator Bella did a fabulous job of managing the flow of our day and making sure we were taking full advantage of everything they have to offer. The Turkish bath was a real one of a kind experience that I'd recommend to anyone. We opted for the body scrub thing which we applied ourselves after a brief tutorial. We both felt like some kind of empress from antiquity as we lounged around surrounded by beautiful mosaic tile and gazing at the fake stars. Fabulous experience. For our massages we were lucky enough to have Monica and Gina take care of us. They were both wonderful, professional, and attentive. Our experiences were both everything we had hoped for and we walked out feeling a level of relaxation that was actually slightly disorienting in the best way. But wait, there's more amenities! Afterwards we were taken to the salt room which is a lovely ambient room with comfy lounge chairs, a wall of salt which I guess has benefits beyond "oh that's so pretty," and some delicious chocolate chip cookies. Most unexpected but certainly appreciated! The bathrooms here could be considered an amenity too. The amount of hair and body care products available to use is a testament to the attention to detail Joseph Anthony has cultivated here. I loved everything about this place and I have been dropping not so subtle hints to everyone in my life that a JA gift card makes a fabulous gift! I can't wait to get back.“

“I went for a full body massage, and it was wonderful, very soothing, and just what I needed. As a relates to the business itself. It's a very neatly organized space nicely decorated but not overly done. There are products displayed in the front, but not overtaking the opening of the store and pushing products in your face. One of the most important things is, the staff was very friendly and engaging, but not in an imposing way. Before your appointment if you arrive early, there is tea, coffee, and small pastries. Would I return? Absolutely I'm looking to have monthly massages“

I love the symmetry of the haircut and it grows out beautifully as well. My hair has movement and volume which I was lacking. I feel very pretty with this haircut and the styling effort is minimal.
