And the staff at Vetcetera (especially Carol) have helped and guided me thru the process of socializing Clarence. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was informed and trained. And have been with Clarence and I every step of the way. For his operation. They adjusted our appointment hour to make sure Clarence was taken in immediately, rather than wait. So as to make sure they were providing as much of a stress less situation as possible. I cannot express how much help and kindness they have provided us both.“
