I've been coming to this salon for a few years and I've always been happy even wrote a very lengthy review of my experience. Unfortunately, once Meghan and Carmen left things went down hill in quality and customer service. I went in for my normal color, cut and a blow dry. My appointment was with Shelly I came into the appointment and explained my expectations of my hair and was told "No problem" we've seen each other in passing several times so I trusted her. I came in yesterday for a haircut. I was going from long hair too short hair. I presented a number of pictures of what I was looking for. I left leaving very happy and loving everything but the length in the back. It needed to be a little bit shorter and more stacked like an A-line. Later in the afternoon I called to see if I could have the back shortened a little bit and they gladly fit me in today. Today I am in tears and HATE my haircut. They cut all the length from the front. I explained that I wanted the back shorter. But they cut the length of the front off by inches. I am In tears and just feel sick, physically nauseous.
