Don Arters and Veteran Lawn care took a prepayment for 2016 mulch services. He never provided the services. We seek a refund. He will not respond to emails, phone calls or letters. A BBB complaint was filed. Maybe the Pottstown Police and court system can force him to respond. AVOID this company. Claims of 1% revenue donations to Veterans causes are also being investigated.

In May 2016, we had hired Don to do our landscaping. In the process, our air conditioner was damaged and we were not fully reimbursed even after contacting him on numerous occasions. We feel that we gave him ample opportunities to reimburse us/contact us to discuss this matter. As of 6/30/16, we have not received a call or email back from Don.

Veteran Lawn care did an Outstanding job at our home. I've been using Don for 3 years now, they have given me a gorgeous lawn. planted trees, trimmed trees, plants as well as set up a garden bed that my neighbors are envious of. Thank you Don. I also want to thank you for what you do for our servise men and women with the charities you are associated with.
