Reuben creates focused and specialized programs that help you keep doing what you love and integrating new exercises to help you get stronger! Not only has my running improved, but I feel better doing it because of the customized weight training that he has helped me incorporate into my workout routine. He’s always there to assist and answer any questions I have about my workouts and he’s always keeping me engaged in my training by switching up the workouts.“
“I started going to One Spark Fitness in early January as I had signed up for the 6-week challenge. The minute I walked into the Fitness Studio, I felt welcome. Jolie and Rae have created a welcoming, inclusive environment to help you become your best self. All of the staff are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that you are using proper form and getting the most benefit from your workout. The classes are varied and fun while also being challenging. I have become a member and in 6 short weeks already feel so much better. I was hesitant to do personal training because of everything I tried, but I took the leap and decided to start with him and so glad I did. He taught me so much and his program wasn’t hard to follow. Master Miller was the only location to respond immediately and offered a Free Trial session so our Son could try the program and see if he like it.After the first session he begged to continue and has worked diligently with Master Miller to earn his now Deputy Gold belt and soon to test for his Gold.Master Miller is attentive to the children and teaches in such a way that they learn discipline and strength training in a fun and engaging way that they do not even realize.The basic life principles and influence Master Miller is having on these young children in remarkable and helping to develop future leaders of America.I would recommend the program and teaching to anyone who asks and all who inquire.+++“

“This training facility is top notch. I train with Austin and he is by far one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He has helped me shed fat while building some nice muscle and all in a matter of weeks. He knows all about building muscle in the proper way and the nutrition tips to get you there. Yes, he does push me at times, but not to the point where I don't want to come back for another session!! You will not be disappointed if you trust them with your fitness goals.“
“I have been with Chester County Training for three years and it has changed my life for the better! I eat better, I drink more water and I work out consistently with Austin twice a week. I now see food as fuel and eat more protein rather than carbs. Adam and Austin evaluated what I needed to do to get healthier and stronger and helped me to realized those goals.
