Tom is one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. He is very respectful, responsive, but more importantly, he gets the job done. We called him to finish our garage and do some basement plumbing repairs. He’s definitely our guy for any future repairs and I’d recommend his service to anyone in need.
I had water damage in my ceiling after some storms even though I had just had my roof replaced 2 years ago (not by Scavello). I was very upset and didn’t know how extensive the damage was and if mold would be an issue. Scavello came out the day after I called to give me an estimate (WAY better than I was expecting) and fixed everything two days later. I was so sick over it and it ended up being so painless working with Scavello. Thank you!!!!
Tom was recommended to me when my hot water heater went and flooded my basement. They were there so quickly, just hours after I made the call.
Throughout the whole process Tom was professional and accessible. When the plumber couldn't make it until the next day Tom came over personally to drop a shopvac off to help keep the water under control until the plumber could make it out. Outstanding customer service.
Will definitely use again if I have the need.
