The service technician did an excellent, extensive cleaning of both mini-splits. I was disappointed with the additional "Dispatch Charge" which was requested as I was preparing to pay the amount of the original estimate which was for an additional $50. Had that not happened I would have given the service 5 Stars.

I've been a customer of New Age Air, a family-run business, since the 1990s. Over the years, they've installed three systems for me: two whole house heat pumps and, most recently, a mini-split for the master bedroom last December, which has made a great improvement in the comfort of the master suite.
Their prices have always been competitive, and their service is consistently skilled and friendly. On the rare occasions when small issues arise, they promptly make it right, ensuring complete satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Tim and Brittany from New Age Age are excellent to work with. They both keep the client informed about the work and cost. Tim takes time to explain what he is doing during the HVAC service. New Age air installed my HVAC approximately 6 to 7 years ago. If I were to ever have to replace it again, New Age would be my "go to" supplier/installed.
