Matt and the team were awesome! Came out to the house yesterday and had my bee issue under control within an hour. Came outside this morning to a nice peaceful walk to the car without getting dive bombed by European Hornets. Thank you Matt! You now have a customer for life.

After my appointment fell through with Orkin due to "over booking", I called Koss and he was extremely busy and still made time to get me started on the treatment process necessary for my property. Did not respond to messages immediately, but never forgot! Appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Will be using Koss moving forward!
