To fix a recurring flooding problem with our backyard patio, Troy Kelius dug a 200-foot-long trench from the patio to the front street and installed in it a catch basin and perfectly pitched 4-inch PVC pipe to carry away excess rain water via gravity. To minimize lawn damage, Troy used relatively light machinery and even hand tools. The clean up was thorough and complete, including a generous amount of grass seed and straw on the lawn "scar." I had water running into my back door for two years after hiring a shady contractor to widen my back patio. John came over took a look went home and thought on it and after having several other contractors come out he figured out how to fix the problem at a reasonable price. John takes pride in his work and does the job as if it was his own project. I cannot say enough good things about john. He also dug up my back yard and installed a propane tank for me. I have used John Kelius plumbing and excavating for close to 30 years now. John and Troy are always on time, dependable and explain each step of the job. They give you options and the job is always done right at a fair price. Highly recommended!
