I have been with Chester County Training for three years and it has changed my life for the better! I eat better, I drink more water and I work out consistently with Austin twice a week. I now see food as fuel and eat more protein rather than carbs. Adam and Austin evaluated what I needed to do to get healthier and stronger and helped me to realized those goals.
