Honest, trustworthy and professional are the words that come to mind when I think of my visit to this place and working with the people here last week on my car. Definitely plan on going back if I ever need more work done.
This was my first visit to 610 Autohaus and it was a great experience. I typically use a dealer for state emissions and safety inspections, but often find the process to be less than convenient. I made an appointment with 610 Autohaus and received a confirmation and dropped the car off on the scheduled date. The work was completed without issue and I received a complete report of the car's condition. I will be using 610 Autohaus for future service.
Dave was great to work with! This was my first experience with 610AutoHaus. I was in a tough situation with a new (to me) BMW that had sudden clutch failure. My old mechanic was not familiar with BMW transmissions and didn’t want to touch it. Had it sent to Dave and they got it sorted out and back on the road. Clutch feels amazing and I am very happy with the service.
