St. Luke's Health Center - Pocono Summit

This place has the worst customer service,all I did was go there for a blood test (tb) for a new hire ,the employer told me to go there. I asked the lady at the front desk do they do it here,she said yes and to sign in as a work thing,I did that and then I waited for like 15 minutes they called me up to fill out a paper,they took a copy of my drivers license.now some lady came up with a unprofessional and said who asked me to come there ? I told her the name of the place and she made a face and said we don’t do employers blood work here.wow ok no problem, that’s all they had to say wasn’t necessary for the nasty attitude.

I had to get some stitches and when I got there was greeted by the best staff ever and cool dr. Kate made sure that I kept laughing throughout the whole process! If you end up getting hurt ask for cool Dr. Kate!!!!

I’m happy that I no longer have to travel all the way to Stroudsburg. This facility has the best staff!! The family practice has everything that your family needs. Physicals and lab work.
